Allambrusco Balsamic Vinegar
Allambrusco was born with the challenge of creating a balsamic vinegar of Modena truly representative of the region's traditions and made from only one grape: Lambrusco. The distinctive scent and softness of Lambrusco's full-bodied aroma make this product the only one of its kind in the world.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced with grapes of seven specific varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta Fortana and Montuni. While the Trebbiano, Sangiovese and others have origins even outside the territory of Modena, Lambrusco is the only one native to Modena and is closely connected with the history, culture and food traditions typical of the Emilian city. That’s why choosing a balsamic vinegar made of only Lambrusco grapes means going to the origin and heart of Modena and its traditions.
This product has a wonderful viscosity and robust, smooth flavor.
