Made in Vermont with pasteurized goat's milk.
Vermont Creamery's flagship goat cheese is named for its resemblance to a dome freshly covered in snow. The wrinkly edible rind covers a very rich and slightly oozy creamline. The fudge-like texture of the center is pure white and dense. This cheese is mouth coating in the best way and we love it with a pairing that is sweet with a slightly bitter punch, like Sidehill Farm's Apricot Orange Marmalade.
