We ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice for platter orders. Sometimes we get lots of orders and can't add more to the queue, even if you are ahead of the 24 deadline. This is particularly relevant as we approach the holidays, with certain dates selling out weeks in advance. We don't like to turn people away so please, if you absolutely need a platter for an event, try to get your order in early. Alternately, our mongers will help you pick out absolutely great cheeses, meats and accompaniments to put together your own spread. 

For Thanksgiving/Holiday orders: please call us or order in person. We need to closely manage pickup times due to high volume, so we are not accepting online orders for these days.
